AgentChain AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications and websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications and services. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on our services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include:

Pet and Wellness Data

When you use our apps to track your pet's health, we collect information you provide about your pets, including but not limited to: pet name, species, breed, date of birth, sex, weight, photo, health logs (activities, food, symptoms, medications, routines), veterinary notes, and any other wellness data you choose to enter.

Payment Data

Social Media Login Data

We may provide you with the option to register using your existing social media account details (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Apple). If you choose to register this way, we will collect certain profile information from the social media provider as described in the "Social Logins" section below.

Application Data

If you use our mobile applications, we may also collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Geolocation Information: We may request access to track location-based information from your mobile device. We also derive approximate location (city, region, country) from your IP address at the time of account creation.
• Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Push Notifications:We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features. You may opt out at any time in your device's settings.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our services, and other technical information. The information we collect includes:

• Log and Usage Data: Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our services.
• Device Data: Information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access our services.
• Location Data:Information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law — such as with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain these valid legal bases.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data that includes direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or account credentials. We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information, including:

• Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
• Google Analytics (usage analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscription and payment management)
• Cloud hosting providers

De-identified and aggregated data sharing: We may share de-identified and/or aggregated pet wellness and usage data with research collaborators, analytics providers, and commercial partners for research, benchmarking, product development, and related commercial purposes. These datasets are designed not to include direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or exact address.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

De-identified and aggregated datasets — which are stripped of direct identifiers such as your name, email address, and account ID — may be retained indefinitely, as they are no longer linked to your identity. These datasets support ongoing research, analytics, and product improvement and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing already performed in de-identified or aggregated form, to the extent permitted by law.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal information that includes direct identifiers. We may share de-identified and aggregated data — which has been stripped of direct identifiers and cannot reasonably be used to identify you — with research collaborators, analytics providers, and commercial partners. Because these datasets do not constitute "personal information" under the CCPA, this sharing does not qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" as defined by applicable law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of any future sale or sharing, by contacting us at admin@agentchainai.com.

US State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information.

EU Residents (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. 8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services

Our applications and website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

11. AI-Based Products

As part of our services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide innovative solutions, including AI-powered insights and pattern analysis. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Policy and our agreements with third parties.

12. Social Logins

Our services may offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google, Facebook, Apple, or other social media accounts). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the provider but will often include your name, email address, and profile picture.

13. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information in the United States and other countries.

14. Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.

15. App Tracking Transparency

Our iOS applications comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. Our apps do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple. We access certain device APIs (such as file timestamps, UserDefaults, disk space, and system boot time) only for legitimate purposes including app functionality, diagnostics, and analytics, as declared in our PrivacyInfo manifest.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
